The main goal of this position is to improve our client retention and provide support to existing and potential customers.Our Technical Support Specialist will be a valued member of our team and a key player in Vacation Tracker’s customer support system. Serving as the link between our customers and our internal team, you will work closely with the customer service, marketing, and product teams within our organization to help create an engaging customer experience in an agile, fun working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering customer support requests through live web chat and emailCreating and managing support tickets in JiraScheduling and performing demos for prospective customersManaging customer data in the CRM systemOccasional evaluation and review of customers’ needs and requests in order to plan future features and improvementsSkills & RequirementsNative-level spoken and written English and FrenchExcellent communication skills2+ years of technical and customer support experience in technologyCreative and self-motivatedMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentMust be comfortable working in a team environment, as well as independentlyWell-organized and reliableMust be available to work full-time from 9am to 5pm ESTBonus SkillsThese skills are not required, but candidates who have them will be prioritized:Previous experience with B2B productsPrevious experience working in a startup or in the SaaS industryFluency in SpanishWhat We Offer: As a fully-remote company with team members working from 3 different countries, we offer a flexible, completely remote role with occasional local team meetups.We wouldn’t be a leave tracking company if we didn’t offer stellar leave policies and perks – which is why we offer 20 days of PTO and an additional day off for your birthday each yearThe salary range for this position is from $45,000 to $50,000 depending on your experience.
