Job description
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Montreal. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.
You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Technical Support Specialist (macOS Expert).
**Your main responsibilities**:
Provide expert technical support to customers using macOS-based systems, addressing inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting various software and hardware problems
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring they understand the troubleshooting process and assisting with the setup and installation of macOS-related software and utilities
Collaborate with the broader technical support team to share knowledge, best practices, and resolve escalated issues efficiently
Document customer interactions, technical solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base to improve support effectiveness
**Qualifications**:
3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist or a similar customer-facing technical role
Experience as a technical lead of a global enterprise service in a large company
Proven experience with technical administration and troubleshooting
Expertise in macOS, including troubleshooting, system configurations, software installations, and networking
Demonstrated ability operating as part of a dedication team, delivering objectives under tough deadlines and comfortable in an ever-changing, global environment
Excellent commubication skills in English
