Job Purpose

To provide broad assistance to the Finance & Administration function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable functions, employee related expense management and other administrative duties as required.

Travel Requirements

Up to 5%.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, creation of documents and spread sheets, electronic presentations, storage and retrieving of electronic information, documents and records management.
  • Provide administrative support and reception tasks as required.
  • Use of office equipment including computers, photocopiers, scanners and telephone systems.
  • Workplace housekeeping tasks – ensuring company provided supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Stationery and supply ordering.
  • Banking, post office as required.
  • Assist with the organising of company sponsored events.
  • Collaborates and communicates across business units within Mining Technology Solutions to achieve goals and objectives.  
  • Complies with corporate Finance and Administration processes.  
Required Skills
  • Certificate III in Business Administration
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of legislative requirements.
  • Multi-currency transactions and valuations.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)< interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Customer focus attitude with a commitment to excellence and quality.
