Overview Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Seasonal Location: Airdrie, Alberta Join Fraserway RV and help create unforgettable travel experiences. We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the seasonal period from April 2026 to September 2026 at our Airdrie, Alberta dealership. Both full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available. Ideal Candidates Are fluent in German or Dutch Responsibilities Meet and greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude Provide RV rental information and guidance Walk customers through paperwork at pick-up and drop-off Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes) at pick-up Check in returning RVs and resolve customer concerns efficiently Assist other departments as needed Qualifications & Skills Fluent in English plus German or Dutch Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and hard-working Energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable working with an international clientele Able to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented, with a desire to help make customers’ vacation dreams come true Fraserway RV is Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV company, with full-service dealerships coast to coast.
