Overview Join to apply for the Analyst II Volumetric Accounting role at Accelerate Her Future®. Posting end date: January 21, 2026. What You Will Do Verify, balance and record crude oil receipts and deliveries for specified assets. Issue monthly invoices and statements to customers. Compile journal entries for the recording of revenue and associated receivables. Verify gain/loss calculations through communication with Customer Service, field personnel and Operations Services. Provide government agencies with required monthly and annual regulatory reporting. Respond to Internal and External Audit queries. Prepare monthly inventory and other reports for internal and external customers. Cross-train with other members of the team. Communicate with shippers, connecting pipelines and internal groups, such as Customer Service, Operations Services, Asset Management and Business Development. Who You Are A university degree or diploma from a recognized post‑secondary institution or an equivalent combination of accounting or industry related education. 2 or more years of comparable proven experience. Strong initiative combined with keen attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with personal computer productivity tools and standard business software. Excellent interpersonal skills. Related experience in pipeline operations would be an asset. Working Conditions Open office environment. Physical & Mental Requirements Physical requirements include grasping, kneeling, light to moderate lifting (objects up to 20 lb), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Mental requirements include understanding, remembering and applying oral and/or written instructions or other information; understanding complex problems and collaborating/exploring alternative solutions; organizing thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology; organizing and prioritizing work schedule on a short‑term basis; making decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitoring impact outside this area; understanding and following basic instructions and guidelines; completing routine forms, composing letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicating with individuals via telephone.
