  1. Supervise other workers
  2. Establish and implement policies and procedures
  3. Train other workers
  4. Train, direct and motivate staff
  5. Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  6. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  7. Schedule and confirm appointments
  8. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  9. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  10. Answer electronic enquiries
  11. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  12. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  13. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  14. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  15. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  16. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  17. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  18. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  19. Provide customer service
  20. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  21. Recruit and hire staff
  22. Maintain and manage digital database
  23. Conduct performance reviews
