**Responsibilities**:
The primary areas of responsibility for the position are to provide strategic and administrative leadership, the overall functioning, and performance of the office of Extended Learning in Continuing Studies. This position effectively and efficiently manages the development and direction of the operational team to drive the growth of revenue and promote high quality programming while building relationships and ensuring the integration with the College’s strategic plan.

Reporting to the Dean of Business and Continuing Studies, this position leads the implementation of Extended Learning’s programs. The role ensures an effective team environment and is responsible for program performance, goal setting, and budget. This position uses a collaborative and integrated approach while working closely with internal stakeholders, industry and government to determine program needs, relevance, quality assessment and revenue potential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field(s) (business administration, adult education) OR an equivalent combination of related Post-Secondary education and work experience.
- A graduate degree would be considered an asset
- A minimum of three years of related experience within Post-Secondary or business environment at a senior level.
- Supervisory experience.
- Leadership training and experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license
