Call Center Sales Representative

We are on the HUNT for someone to join us as a Inside Sales Representative This individual will be someone who likes to work in a fun and dynamic environment with the opportunity to learn and grow within the role. We are NOT looking for someone with a ton of experience because full training will be provided. Every candidate will be paired up with a Seasoned Sales trainer and be taken through two weeks of training.
💡👨💼 The ideal candidate will be someone who is a motivated self-starter, has OUTSTANDING communication skills and an outgoing personality. A successful representative will be sourcing new sales opportunities, navigating customers through our sales cycle and utilizing our CRM.

📝 Description
- Engage with new customers by making outbound calls around Cellphones, Internet, Security and TV
- Attend sales and leadership seminars
- Develop public speaking skills
- Learn the art of the sale
- Identify a customers need and deliver presentations
📝 Qualifications:
- Ambitious self starter
- Motivated by reward
- Wants to learn and grow
- Likes high energy, fast-paced environments
- Wants to be paid for performance (commissions)
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Competitive and values a great work culture
- 1-2 years experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is an asset
- High school diploma and/or relevant education
- Must be able to commute to ETOBICOKE
