We’re on a mission to shape the future of voice, and we’re building a team that’s curious, collaborative, and passionate about making great ideas heard.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead the charge in crafting go-to-market strategies, defining positioning and messaging, pricing and packaging, enabling our sales teams, and uncovering market opportunities. You’ll lead a small team of product marketers, and be the connective tissue between product, sales, marketing and customer success. You’ll also play a key role in how we take our actor-centric AI voice, voice dataset and voice over offerings to market.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:Own and evolve the product marketing function — including strategy, execution, and team developmentLead go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, pricing changes, and major feature releasesDevelop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions across audiences and verticalsConduct competitive analysis and market research to inform roadmap, differentiation, and contentEnable the sales team with effective pitch decks, battlecards, demos, and objection handlingPartner with Product to shape the roadmap through market, customer, and competitive insightsWork closely with Brand, Demand Gen, and Content teams to drive product storytelling across the funnelBe a thought partner to senior leadership on AI positioning, customer segmentation, and market expansionManage and mentor a small team of high-performing product marketersWhat You BringWe’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:7- 10+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS or marketplace product marketing; bonus for voice tech or AI exposureProven track record of leading successful GTM launches and crafting compelling narrativesDeep experience in competitive analysis, sales enablement, and pricing & packagingStrong communication skills - you can translate complex tech into clear customer valueManagerial experience - you’ve hired, mentored, and grown high performing PMM talentCross-functional leadership - you're collaborative, confident, and you influence without egoBias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and an appetite for innovationCompensationIn addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of perks that support your growth, wellbeing, and day-to-day flexibility.
