Our customer base is growing rapidly, and the same goes for our product. We're launching new features and updates every week, and there's no plan to stop anytime soon.

- **Go-to-market**:

- Collaborate with product management and sales & partnership teams to define go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches that are specifically designed to generate revenue. This involves helping Product Management set clear revenue targets, identifying key markets, selecting appropriate channels, and deploying targeted marketing tactics to achieve sales objectives.
- **Stakeholder management** - Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers and analysts, to enhance product visibility and adoption. Be the proactive champion of the Katana platform both internally and externally.
- **Enablement**:

- Build relationships with internal stakeholders by providing training and resources that empower teams as well as partners to sell and promote our products effectively. This involves organizing regular training sessions and workshops and providing sales enablement materials and activities that enhance product knowledge and adoption.
- **Customer guidance**:

- Own the customer guidance materials, including onboarding communication, Knowledge Base, video academy etc. Continuously develop new ways to ensure product adoption, help the customer succeed, and support and onboarding teams to scale their efforts to a growing customer base.
