Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee the design of: website content, emails, promotions, events assets, and social media content.
Transform ideas into visually compelling layouts
Lead branding projects, including rebranding efforts and website redesigns.
Ensure design consistency while adhering to brand guidelines.
Support the evolution of our brands and their visual identities.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and apply best practices in typography and graphic design.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Requirements:
2-4 years of graphic design education
5+ years of graphic design/creative experience
A portfolio showcasing your best work
Detailed knowledge of design software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong understanding of layout design and typography
Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker, comfortable ideating high-level concepts as well as coming up with detailed design executions
Experience working with stakeholders to solve business problems through design
A strong sense of ownership and accountability
Extremely organized, able to prioritize many projects, coordinate stakeholders, and respond quickly to requests
