Responsibilities: Receiving incoming calls, as well as calls from clients to schedule service appointments Responding to customer inquiries Data entry Conducting follow-up calls for the Service and Sales department Qualifications & Experienced1 year experience in customer service1 year experience working in a call center Excellent customer service skills Good computer skills Available day and evening, onsite (days/hours to be discussed)Experience in the automotive field is an asset We thank all applicants for their interest; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
