**Location**:
Based in the Region of Waterloo International Airport, Canada, with operations in Toronto, Montreal, Waterloo, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding client service and manage relationships to foster customer loyalty.
- Engage with clients, ensuring a seamless service experience from pre to post-flight.
- Coordinate with airport, FBO, caterers, and other service providers to guarantee flawless execution.
- Generate leads through cold calling and networking, and maintain client communications.
- Develop and implement local operating practices to accommodate unique situations.
- Collaborate with Flight Crew and Administration for smooth booking and client experience.
- Participate in special events, trade shows, and business events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in a related field, or relevant experience.

- Experience in lead generation, including cold calling.
- Outgoing personality with a drive for excellence.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Pipedrive, is advantageous.
- French speaking would be a definite asset.
