Position Overview:

The BDC Call Centre Representative receives service calls, books appointments and builds relationships with our service customers, assisting with best scheduling and service options. 

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving incoming calls, as well as calls from clients to schedule service appointments
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Conducting follow-up calls for the Service and Sales department

Qualifications & Experienced

  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • 1 year experience working in a call center 
  • Available day and evening, onsite (days/hours to be discussed) 
  • Experience in the automotive field is an asset
