Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Developer with extensive experience in Java and Oracle Middleware to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented design, Agile/Scrum development, and advanced SQL skills. The role requires hands-on experience with SPSS Modeler and the ability to build analytics and machine learning models. A background check is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Java/JEE technologies.
- Utilize Oracle Middleware, including Oracle Service Bus and integration orchestration patterns.
- Build and implement analytics and machine learning models using SPSS Modeler.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and database stored procedures.
- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Apply object-oriented design principles to create scalable and maintainable code.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in Java/JEE (Java, JPA, EJB, JDBC, JNDI, JMS, Java Beans, JAXB, JAXP (SAX/DOM), JAX-WS, JAX-RS, SOAP, REST).
- Expertise in Oracle Middleware and Oracle Service Bus.
- Hands-on experience with SPSS Modeler for building analytics and machine learning models.
- Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries and database stored procedures.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
