Job Description Job Summary The Bilingual Customer Service Representative works closely with the Regional Sales Manager to support all sales activities in the assigned region. The role focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, presenting quotes, troubleshooting requests, and promoting additional revenue streams. The representative reports to the CEO and is responsible for meeting sales targets while delivering customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service by communicating proactively with internal and external stakeholders. Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of satisfaction. Support sales activities including quotation presentation, follow‑ups, and troubleshooting. Cold‑call, prospect and qualify companies within the defined region. Track all customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Promote and educate clients on SAMSON’s portfolio of products, services, and solutions. Work toward adding SAMSON to customer Approved Manufacturer Lists (AMLs). Attend scheduled customer visits, webinars, meetings, and training sessions. Collaborate with sales channel partners to enhance regional coverage. Assist the Regional Sales Manager with territory coverage planning to maximize efficiency. Comply with OHSA, company policies, safety practices, and quality standards. Participate in required company training and complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing. Ability to manage sales cycles ranging from 6 weeks to 2 years. Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities. Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office. High sense of urgency and strong customer service orientation. Team‑player with strong organizational and multi‑tasking capabilities. Innovative problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail. 1+ year of experience in cold‑calling and prospecting sales. 1+ year of experience in Industrial or Process Automation sales is an asset. Experience with CRM is an asset. Fluency in English and French is required. Work Schedule 8:30 am–5:00 pm (hours may vary based on operational requirements).
