Job Description The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale day activities. Responsibilities Organize all keys and filing by internal coding system and by Lot number when applicable; upload documents to the web for each sale Actively communicate with multiple departments, teams, and customers who sign up equipment when documents are needed (e.g., LOLCs, purge documents) Process payments from successful bidders Provide customers with information about auxiliary services Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers Support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: take personal responsibility for safety of yourself, your team, coworkers, and customers Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers Experience using computers and the ability to learn new technology and software Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry A commitment to providing fantastic customer service Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations A friendly, outgoing, patient personality Ability to thrive as part of a team and pitch in wherever needed Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service Industries: Construction, Machinery Manufacturing, and Truck Transportation Get notified about new Bilingual Customer Service Representative jobs in Laval, Quebec, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
