This is achieved by efficiently providing administrative support and coordinating clinic activity with friendly, enthusiastic and professional service with all patients, team members and external customers. The Administrative Care Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of patient intake, data entry, answering the phone, outbound calling, receiving faxes and emails, as well as invoicing and payments.Why Lifemark?Opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians and the satisfaction of being on a driven teamSupportive and collaborative administrative teamPositive and comforting work environmentOpportunities for growth within a national companyNationally recognized brand with a strong digital presencePrimary ResponsibilitiesAnswer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concernsCoordinate a detailed and accurate intake of information on the patient’s first visit to the clinic and throughout their treatment planAssist patients with completing paperwork at the clinic to avoid errors and inaccurate informationCoordinate scheduling of patient appointments and maintain the patient’s medical recordCollect payment at time of service and maintain accurate insurance claims to third party fundersComplete data entry and billing for third party fundersCoordinate courier packages (in or outgoing) and process incoming and outgoing email, mail and faxesProvide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic DirectorQualifications & Core Competencies:High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentHigh degree of organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy and fast-paced work environmentPrevious experience in a physiotherapy or private health care clinic setting is an assetExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsComputer savvy and data entry skillsFlexible and adaptable to changeAbility to hit the ground running with minimum supervisionPost secondary education in Medical Office Administration or related field considered an assetInclusionWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
