Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesUse analytical tools to provide data driven insights to the Real Estate teamCollaborate with the finance team and participate in continuous Business Intelligence innovationBuild strong cross functional relationships with leaders and corporate services teamsGather strategic insights from financial and operational data, and present findings to leaders and internal stakeholdersPrepare management reports of moderate to advanced complexity that contain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Maintain a solid understanding of Business Intelligence systems used to support analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basisContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesDevelop and document processes while incorporating finance best practicesContribute to the culture of the team and promote a collaborative environmentProvide ad hoc analytical support as neededSkills And ExperienceA Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field2+ years of related experience working in a developer, financial, or strategic roleProven experience working with Power Platform, Power BI, and large data modelsExperience developing Power Apps and advanced data modelsStrong background in financial and business intelligence technologies, with the ability to learn new technologies quicklyExperience with strategic planning, KPI development and KPI analysis to facilitate the development of strategic plansExcellent communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders and internal stakeholdersDemonstrated financial and business acumenBilingual with the ability to speak French and English is an assetExperience in the real estate industry is an assetRewards and DiversityWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
