Responsibilities

  • Use analytical tools to provide data driven insights to the Real Estate team
  • Collaborate with the finance team and participate in continuous Business Intelligence innovation
  • Build strong cross functional relationships with leaders and corporate services teams
  • Gather strategic insights from financial and operational data, and present findings to leaders and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare management reports of moderate to advanced complexity that contain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Business Intelligence systems used to support analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Develop and document processes while incorporating finance best practices
  • Contribute to the culture of the team and promote a collaborative environment
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support as needed

Skills And Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of related experience working in a developer, financial, or strategic role
  • Proven experience working with Power Platform, Power BI, and large data models
  • Experience developing Power Apps and advanced data models
  • Strong background in financial and business intelligence technologies, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience with strategic planning, KPI development and KPI analysis to facilitate the development of strategic plans
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated financial and business acumen
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak French and English is an asset
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
