Responsibilities Use analytical tools to provide data driven insights to the Real Estate team Collaborate with the finance team and participate in continuous Business Intelligence innovation Build strong cross functional relationships with leaders and corporate services teams Gather strategic insights from financial and operational data, and present findings to leaders and internal stakeholders Prepare management reports of moderate to advanced complexity that contain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintain a solid understanding of Business Intelligence systems used to support analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes Develop and document processes while incorporating finance best practices Contribute to the culture of the team and promote a collaborative environment Provide ad hoc analytical support as needed Skills And Experience A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of related experience working in a developer, financial, or strategic role Proven experience working with Power Platform, Power BI, and large data models Experience developing Power Apps and advanced data models Strong background in financial and business intelligence technologies, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly Experience with strategic planning, KPI development and KPI analysis to facilitate the development of strategic plans Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders and internal stakeholders Demonstrated financial and business acumen Bilingual with the ability to speak French and English is an asset Experience in the real estate industry is an asset Rewards and Diversity With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
