Responsibilities
- Use analytical tools to provide data driven insights to the Real Estate team
- Collaborate with the finance team and participate in continuous Business Intelligence innovation
- Build strong cross functional relationships with leaders and corporate services teams
- Gather strategic insights from financial and operational data, and present findings to leaders and internal stakeholders
- Prepare management reports of moderate to advanced complexity that contain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain a solid understanding of Business Intelligence systems used to support analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Develop and document processes while incorporating finance best practices
- Contribute to the culture of the team and promote a collaborative environment
- Provide ad hoc analytical support as needed
Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of related experience working in a developer, financial, or strategic role
- Proven experience working with Power Platform, Power BI, and large data models
- Experience developing Power Apps and advanced data models
- Strong background in financial and business intelligence technologies, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience with strategic planning, KPI development and KPI analysis to facilitate the development of strategic plans
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated financial and business acumen
- Bilingual with the ability to speak French and English is an asset
- Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
