As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be building and leading a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate. You will be responsible for leading a team of District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives across a specified region to meet and exceed unit, revenue, employee NPS and customer NPS objectives.

Provide strategic vision and planning with ongoing coaching to ensure District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives are able to meet and exceed their individual and team sales objectives.Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to act decisively, develop systems to measure progress, monitor risks, and identify changes needed.Promote trust and encourage collaboration to effectively resolve conflict and navigate change management.Possess technical knowledge to collaborate with the onboarding department and be the leader in market to ensure successful customer go-lives.Report on competitive intel in the Canadian market and strategize on growth plays.Write and manage quarterly business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive the strategy of the team and keep the sales team on track.Requirements
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment.
  • Experience with the Challenger methodology, sales funnel management and data driven operational excellence.
