The VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading the creation and/or maintenance of SRTX’s financial and operational budgets, and forecasts while monitoring and developing insights based on performance. The incumbent will provide regular reports and ad hoc analysis to senior management and drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes using tools that are fit for purpose. The VP of FP&A must have a vision, direction and strategic plan for their department.

  • Lead the implementation of tools, systems and processes that will support the financial management objectives of a fast-growing company through the development and maintenance of financial and operational models for the budgeting and production planning requirements.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational results, performing variance analysis and presenting findings to the CFO and senior management as appropriate.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, collaborating with management and the Finance Team to ensure accurate inputs and integration of capital plans.
  • Develop insightful reports to support management decisions, including establishing and monitoring financial and operational KPIs.
  • Mentor and lead the FP&A team, fostering a culture of insightful analysis, accountability and collaboration.
  • Review the preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis including key financial metrics and variances from historic and forecasted results for presentation to Executive Management as well as individual business units/departments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in either Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CPA) a bonus.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related fields, with direct experience in both startup and manufacturing operations.
