Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSP (CIS‑HRSD). Technical Skills Strong working knowledge of HRSD modules (case management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events). Experience customizing and developing for the Service Portal/Employee Center Portal (widgets, themes, pages).
