Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking a self-starter to join their team as a Sales & Account Manager. Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing and selling services to insurance adjusters
  2. Attending industry networking events including golf tournaments, trade shows, etc.
  3. Manage and grow existing accounts as well as bring in new business in your territory
  4. Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients
  5. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are well-informed
  6. Reach out to leads through cold calling
  7. Coordinate with the operations team to define the scope of work for new clients
  8. Submit regular activity and results reports
  9. Provide valuable feedback to management to positively influence company services and policies
Requirements:
  1. Must have a valid driver's license and your vehicle to travel to work
  2. Must complete a criminal background check
  3. Previous sales experience in a service-based organization is required
  4. Enthusiastic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial – a desire to exceed sales targets
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills
  7. Confident and capable in prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing
  8. The ability to communicate in French and English would be well-regarded
