Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive mortgage volume in the alternative lending space.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with broker partners, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing ones into trusted partners.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and competitor analysis, using this information to inform sales strategies and marketing concepts.
- Training and Education: Provide training and education to broker partners on Haventree's product mix, guidelines, and procedures.
- University degree and AMP certification.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in residential mortgage lending/mortgage broker network.
- Bilingual in English and French.
