- Supporting one of our Commercial Insurance Specialist (CIS) we’re looking for an exceptional Client Service Associate to provide excellent customer service to our clients as well as support in the day to day running of our CIS book of business.
- The most important characteristics of our best Client Service Associate are that they are customer-focused, flexible, able to multi-task and possess exceptional attention to detail.- In other words, they’re awesome. - Handling high-volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting your Commercial Insurance Specialist- You have:- Post-Secondary education (College or University)
- 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
