Position: Bilingual Business Operations Specialist (English/French) Location: Hybrid – Montreal Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role GigaSphere is seeking a Bilingual Business Operations Specialist with a strong foundation in documentation, communications, and government bidding processes. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and French, with a proven track record in business operations, RFP preparation, and process documentation. This role combines operational excellence, communication precision, and public‑sector coordination ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured, detail‑oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, edit, and manage business documentation including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), internal policies, and operational workflows. Support government bidding and procurement processes (approx. 50% of role) — researching opportunities, drafting proposals, and coordinating submission packages for RFPs and tenders. Collaborate with internal teams to align documentation, communication, and compliance with company standards. Maintain and improve internal workflow documentation and process efficiency. Translate, proofread, and prepare bilingual documentation in English and French for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all deliverables meet quality, legal, and procedural standards. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, administration, or related field, with a proven track record in documentation and government RFP/bidding. Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline. Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken); native Anglophone or Francophone preferred. Demonstrated experience working with MSA, SOW, and internal policy documents. Strong understanding of government RFP and bidding procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
