* 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions liées aux opérations commerciales, à l'amélioration des processus ou à la gestion de projets

* Expérience dans des environnements axés sur la technologie (par exemple, systèmes ERP, outils de visualisation de données ou plateformes CRM)

* Strategic Thinking: Capable of translating operational challenges into practical strategies and action plans.

* Technical Savvy: Comfortable with data, digital tools, and business platforms; able to support quarterly reporting, dashboard creation, and system/process optimization.

* Business Support: Hands-on approach to help deploy new tools or platforms that enhance the customer experience and internal efficiency.

Ideal Profile:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and dive into operational details

* Excellent communication and presentation abilities

* Experience in process mapping, reporting, and/or digital transformation is a plus

Preferred Background:

* Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

* 5-10 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or project management roles

* Exposure to technology-driven environments (e.g., ERP systems, data visualization tools, or CRM platforms)
