About the Role
GigaSphere is seeking a Bilingual Business Operations Specialist with a strong foundation in documentation, communications, and government bidding processes. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and French, with a proven track record in business operations, RFP preparation, and process documentation.
This role combines operational excellence, communication precision, and public-sector coordination ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and manage business documentation including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), internal policies, and operational workflows.
- Support government bidding and procurement processes (approx. 50% of role) — researching opportunities, drafting proposals, and coordinating submission packages for RFPs and tenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align documentation, communication, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain and improve internal workflow documentation and process efficiency.
- Translate, proofread, and prepare bilingual documentation in English and French for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, legal, and procedural standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, administration, or related field, with a proven track record in documentation and government RFP/bidding.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken); native Anglophone or Francophone preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with MSA, SOW, and internal policy documents.
- Strong understanding of government RFP and bidding procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

GigaSphere est à la recherche d'un Spécialiste des opérations commerciales bilingue possédant une solide expérience en documentation, communication et processus d'appels d'offres gouvernementaux.
Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français, avec un dossier éprouvé en opérations commerciales, préparation de RFP et documentation des processus.
Ce poste convient à une personne rigoureuse, organisée et soucieuse de la qualité du travail, capable de coordonner efficacement les communications internes et externes.
Responsabilités principales
- Rédiger, réviser et gérer les documents d'affaires tels que les conventions-cadres de services (MSA), les énoncés de travail (SOW), les politiques internes et les procédures opérationnelles.
- Participer aux processus d'appels d'offres gouvernementaux (environ 50 % du rôle) : recherche d'opportunités, préparation des propositions, coordination et soumission des dossiers.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin d'assurer la cohérence des communications, de la conformité et des documents officiels.
- Maintenir et améliorer la documentation des flux de travail et des processus internes.
- Traduire, réviser et préparer les documents bilingues (anglais et français) pour les partenaires internes et externes.
- S'assurer que tous les livrables respectent les normes de qualité, légales et procédurales.
Qualifications requises
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en opérations commerciales, administration ou domaine connexe, avec un dossier éprouvé dans la documentation et la gestion d'appels d'offres gouvernementaux.
- Diplôme universitaire en anglais, administration des affaires, communications ou dans une discipline connexe.
- Maîtrise complète de l'anglais et du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ; anglophone ou francophone natif(ve) préféré(e).
- Solide expérience dans la rédaction et la gestion de documents MSA, SOW et politiques internes.
- Bonne connaissance des procédures d'appels d'offres (RFP) et d'approvisionnement publics.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale dans les deux langues.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sens aigu de l'organisation, de la gestion du temps et de la précision.
