Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Montreal, QC, for a Business Development Specialist. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks may include building and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with internal teams for business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The Business Development Specialist will also focus on analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying business trends and opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and client interactions
- Experience with Lead Generation and Market Research in relevant industries
- Proven Customer Service abilities and relationship management experience
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an asset
