The ideal team member will play a key role in fostering long-term client partnerships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional value and return on investment.This role will involve leading and inspiring a high-performing business development team, overseeing onboarding, training, and motivation. You will drive achievement of sales quotas by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering continuous skill development.
