Account Manager Join us as an Account Manager at Dräger. As part of the Draeger Medical Canada, Inc. Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Acute Care product line across Saskatchewan & Manitoba. This is a remote position; applicants must live within the covered territory. Location Remote – covering Saskatchewan & Manitoba. Responsibilities Achieve territory targets and quota on an annual basis. Pro‑active sales of Draeger products & system solutions. Relationship management via CRM. Understand and implement the strategic go‑to‑market approach and initiative for hospital – 5 year plan. Short, medium and long‑term planning aligned with the national/regional Strategic Account Management Process. Plan via CRM short and long‑term deals using Draeger’s sales tools (blue & green sheets, GPO process). Update and analyze won and lost orders. Monitor individual deals using account plans. Monitor ROI on marketing actions and use effectively. Coordinate problem‑solving issues for the customer (order confirmation, invoicing, delivery, training and service requirements). Manage demos (timing and equipment specification). Inform the customer about market trends and align the account plan if necessary. Update competitive information through Dräger internal communication. Report competitive information from the customer side to marketing. Update the account information in the CRM tool. Drive recurring revenue in Digital Solutions and LCS businesses by exceeding sales targets, nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, collaborating cross‑functionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or a relevant clinical background. Minimum 3 years of sales experience. Track record of sales success. Preferably sales experience in a hospital setting. Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from customers, managers, and company personnel.
