Senior Lead Recruiter @ Quarry IT Consulting (formerly Tiree Consulting) Title: Accounting Manager Location: Remote - EST time Duration: 1-year contract Qualification: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting. Preferred minimum is 7 years Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field is required. Proven ability to build strong relationships, establish trust, identify needs, customize solutions and motivate teams to drive operational and strategic priorities. Ability to effectively present ideas and solutions in a logical and articulate manner with the ability to work effectively with and influence Senior Executives. Outstanding research, analytics, and quantitative aptitude; advanced attention to detail required for success in this role. CPA is preferred. Ability to work and manage projects both independently and with a larger team to achieve goal. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise judgment consistent with achieving organizational goals and strategies. Experience with business cycles of accounting, including: treasury, accounts payable, account receivable, and general ledger. Strong oral and written communication skills. Prior experience with external auditors preferred. International experience preferred, either working with or for an organization that had multinational operations. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. Proactive and results-oriented player who wants to help build a high-performance team. Preferred Skills Superior written and oral communication skills CPA, including a working knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and financial accounting MBA or Master of Accountancy A self-directed, independent thinker that can move to answers quickly supported by data and analysis Experience working at a top-tier professional services firm or in a strategic finance role Outstanding research, analytics, and quantitative aptitude; advanced attention to detail required for success in this role Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise judgment consistent with achieving organizational goals and strategies A thorough knowledge of financial activities including investment and expense oversight Working knowledge of SAP Experience in a supervisory role #J-18808-Ljbffr
