Your Role We’re looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to be the face of RoomPriceGenie in the hospitality industry. Your mission is to drive business growth by building strong relationships with partners, hotel groups, and hospitality associations. You will take ownership of your market, increase brand awareness, and generate leads by forming partnerships with hotel tech companies and key players in the industry. Be the face of RoomPriceGenie for stakeholders across North America, representing the brand with confidence and professionalism. Drive business growth by networking, increasing brand awareness, and generating new leads to expand our presence in these key markets. Collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market team, working alongside SDRs, Sales & Revenue Managers to align strategies and hit targets. Partner up with our Marketing and Partnerships departments to create impactful campaigns and forge strong industry relationships. Own customer success, using the CRM to track performance and identifying opportunities to implement automation for improved efficiency. Your Profile You bring a strong network in hotel tech and hospitality industry within North America – you know the key players and how to connect. C2‑level English proficiency. Currently based in the United States. 5+ years of experience in hospitality tech, including collaboration with hospitality tech consultants and managing partnerships such as resellers, referral partners, and integration partners. Successfully sold into and won hotel group business by leveraging hands‑on experience in both hotel operations and hospitality technology. Ideally, you hold a degree in business or hospitality – but practical experience matters as much as formal education. You’re enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn, always looking to grow and make an impact. Exceptional communication skills – you know how to build relationships and communicate effectively. You’re target‑driven and thrive in an environment where results matter. Nice to Have Additional languages are a big plus – we’re a multilingual team with over 10 languages spoken.
