Position Summary The Junior Service Coordinator will support our service projects and field service operations. This role involves coordinating service requests, managing and coordinating project logistics, handling scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure the timely execution of our service billings. Key Responsibilities Assist the Service Operations Coordinator daily with all service request activities received via email/phone, from initiation to close-out. Schedule and dispatch field technicians, subcontractors, and materials as required. Track and update service timelines, deliverables, and key milestones. Process and update all related service work orders up to their completion. Manage WIP and maintain service and project documentation within the order/project. Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Use software tools such as Microsoft Office, FieldPoint Service application, and various portals such as RealSuite/Oracle/Corrigo/Ariba/VendorCafe etc. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a service coordination and/or project coordination role within the construction or trades industry. Solid understanding of construction workflows and terminology. Basic knowledge of financial principles, including cost control, and billing acumen. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Focus and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, or a related field is an asset. Preferred Skills Strong understanding of construction processes, phases, and terminology. Experience managing work orders, purchase orders, and relative change orders. Ability to coordinate field staff, service calls, and subcontractors. High attention to detail and GPS monitoring for scheduling accuracy.
