We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Events Coordinator at NODO Liberty This entry-level position is perfect for someone with years of experience as a server who is eager to transition into the exciting world of event planning and coordination. As a Junior Events Coordinator, you will work closely with our events team to assist in the planning, organization, and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to weddings and everything in between.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the planning leading up to and day-of execution of events at NODO Liberty and potentially at our other locations
Provide support during events, including setup, breakdown, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure all event details are executed according to plan
Help develop creative ideas and concepts for events to enhance the overall attendee experience

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3 years experience as a server in a similar setting is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to grow within the events industry
Basic understanding of event planning and execution principles is a plus

This position requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules
Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry moderate objects, move tables, stand for extended periods, and navigate our venues with a sense of urgency
