  • Maintain and develop awareness of, and engagement for, the CM Operational Resilience program across all levels of seniority, including global business heads.
  • Attend and actively participate in external forums (globally) and seek continued understanding of peer practices in the Operational Resilience space and communicate this back to CM Senior Management for consideration and implementation into CM practices and/or Enterprise Standards. This includes active participation and ongoing development of industry events, such as wider scenario table-tops beyond RBC.
  • Liaise with GRM Operational Resilience, Advisory and Oversight, and other GRM / Compliance partners to support continued evolution and maturity for Operational Resilience across RBC. This includes close liaison with other first line Operational Resilience partners in other Segments, to share learnings, and develop practices as one RBC.
  • Manage any Regulatory or Audit-related inquiries and associated findings.
  • Develop and enhance the Management Information as it pertains to Operational Resilience, considering KRIs, ongoing metrics and supplementary information to support and monitor CM’s Operational Resilience posture, capabilities and vulnerabilities.
