Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Leadership Director of Strategic Development to drive business growth and success at VP Infrastruktur. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee and guide the strategic direction of our organization, setting objectives and managing teams to ensure key performance indicators are met or exceeded. Strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and financial acumen are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with our overall goals and objectives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Team Management: Provide strong leadership and direction to departmental teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, hiring, training, and mentoring staff as necessary.
  • Financial Management: Manage the department's budget effectively, allocating resources to meet financial goals and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the department's success, implementing improvements and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other department heads and executives to ensure seamless operations and alignment of strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to protect the organization.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation within the department, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team regarding the department's performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience (X+ years) in a leadership role within the industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
