We are seeking experienced On-shore Salesforce Configurators to join our team remotely. As a Salesforce Configurator, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This role does not involve development but requires a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and the ability to translate client requirements into effective Salesforce configurations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements. Configure Salesforce applications using point-and-click tools and declarative features. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and validation rules. Implement and maintain security settings and user permissions. Create and maintain documentation of configuration specifications and user guides. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce configurations. Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Configurator. Proficiency in configuring Salesforce using point-and-click tools and declarative features. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members. Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plus. Additional Information:
This is a remote position with the headquarters located in California. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a remote environment and be available for team meetings during Pacific Time business hours. Canadian candidates are preferred due to salary considerations.
