Our Restaurant Success team is responsible for acquiring those partners, welcoming them into our community and ensuring we are creating long lasting relationships built on value and trust. Creating a marketplace that meets every consumer's needs requires a breadth of restaurant choice for every occasion. Working at SkipTheDishes as a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for working with business analysts, administrators, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce CRM solution. We are looking for a talented individual to join our Sales Enablement Team team which is focused primarily on supporting the Canadian Market.

**What's on Your Plate**:

- Interacting daily with end-users from multiple business units to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions in Salesforce
- Building out processes and workflow automation.
- Providing planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in multiple system environments.
- You'll be an integral part of increasing functionality within Salesforce as well as reducing manual entry for end-users.
- Experience developing complex real-time integrations using Salesforce and integrating Salesforce with different business systems, to deliver and support solutions and technical issues while performing ongoing Salesforce administration
- Coordinate and execute tasks related to the design, development and integration of Salesforce.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or leveraging the system.
- Implementing new rollouts including end-user training and coaching.
- Performing 3rd party software integrations to increase workflow efficiency.
- Maintaining and executing excellence through all restaurant team projects and initiatives.
- Provide recommendations regarding redesign to meet business objectives and reinforce operational strategy.

**Recipe For Success**:

- In-depth Salesforce experience (2+ years)
- 1-2 years of highly relevant experience in process improvement, system automation or related fields.
- Experience in a non-mature Salesforce environment
- Required experience interfacing directly with end users, facilitating ongoing end-user training and providing proactive Salesforce solutions based on end-user needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and process mapping abilities.
- Ability to execute on projects independently and manage tasks through project management software.
- Take ownership over your work and outcomes.
- Passionate about building world-class products and processes.
- Experience working in an Agile project management environment.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is up to the challenge
- Salesforce Admin and Development experience is considered an asset.
- Apex coding language experience is not required but an asset.
- Relevant post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent experience.

- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Business Analyst
