This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a passion for building relationships and driving sales.Responsibilities :Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold callingOrganize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visitsUtilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notesCollaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Canadian Marketing TeamManage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply / follow-up accordinglySchedule and attend meetings with prospective clientsCoordinate and manage community and charitable eventsSchedule, manage, and present Continuing Education coursesResearch local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-upAttend training courses and annual conference seminars as requestedAny other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basisGenerate weekly and monthly sales reportingCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategiesRecruit, coach and lead team membersSkills and Knowledge :Strong verbal and written communicationsStrategic thinking and planningProject management and multitasking capabilityStrong organizational skillsExemplary computer skills, i.e. Internet & Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesEvent coordination and sales strategy developmentWork Environment & Physical RequirementsOffice and field-based workLocal travelOccasional lifting (up to 30 lbs.)Frequent use of office equipmentPersonal Characteristics :Professional demeanorPersonable, presentable, articulateOpen, cooperative, enthusiasticSelf-directed with exceptional initiativeQualifications :High School Diploma or GEDTwo or more years’ sales and marketing experienceFranchise, restoration, construction / home improvement, and / or insurance industry experience idealWhy Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven company that helps communities in times of needWork in a collaborative and performance-based cultureOpportunities for professional growth and developmentGroup Benefits, Incentivization opportunities, and so much more.Paul Davis Restoration is an equal opportunity employer.
