What You’ll Do Managing and tracking sensitive documentation and correspondence with accuracy and discretion. Handling confidential information and HR-related matters with professionalism. Providing administrative support including filing, uploading, and data entry management. Processing leave requests, updating records, and coordinating HR events and initiatives. Supporting recruitment efforts — assisting with job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding activities. Jumping in to help the team wherever needed — because we succeed together. What You’ll Bring Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance multiple tasks across different systems with precision. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
