What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be a key member of our HR team, providing both administrative and recruitment support, including:

  • Managing and tracking sensitive documentation and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
  • Handling confidential information and HR-related matters with professionalism.
  • Providing administrative support including filing, uploading, and data entry management.
  • Processing leave requests, updating records, and coordinating HR events and initiatives.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts — assisting with job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • Jumping in to help the team wherever needed — because we succeed together.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks across different systems with precision.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
