About the Role The Marketing Operations Specialist at Neon One is a key connector between marketing strategy, technology, and execution. This role ensures that marketing systems, data, and processes work seamlessly to support campaign delivery and strategic goals. You’ll support a high-performing marketing team by managing tools like Pardot and Salesforce, optimizing lead and campaign operations, and delivering actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: System Management & Troubleshooting Manage Account Engagement (Pardot) and connected marketing systems, ensuring seamless integrations, resolving issues, and preventing downstream impacts Platform Administration & Documentation Administer Chili Piper and support ad hoc administration of the broader commercial tech stack; maintain consistent documentation of processes, workflows, and integrations to ensure system continuity and knowledge sharing Process Optimization & Strategic Development Identify and implement scalable process improvements; provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategy; evaluate and deploy new technologies or approaches; and develop actionable plans to improve efficiency and performance Lead & Audience Operations Optimize lead routing, scoring, and enrichment; maintain database hygiene and segmentation strategies to improve targeting and campaign performance Partner with growth marketing to design, execute, and analyze campaigns using best practices and data-driven insights that align with business goals Email Marketing & Compliance Protect email deliverability and domain reputation, manage consent strategies, and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices Reporting & Insights Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and data quality Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to drive innovation and operational excellence Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions. Data management and analysis expertise to effectively manage and analyze marketing data. Technology proficiency - Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and their integration. Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and team members. Project management skills to manage marketing projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Strategic thinking to contribute to overall marketing strategy and planning. Experience with marketing automation platforms. Experience with CRM systems: Preferably Salesforce or Hubspot. Experience with marketing analytics tools: Preferably B2BMA and Google Analytics 4 Bachelor's or Master's degree: Ideally in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Why Join Neon One?
