We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join Personify’s dynamic marketing team and play a key role in our growth strategy. You’ll be hands‑on with Marketo, Salesforce, and HubSpot, managing campaign calendars, executing and testing programs, generating performance reports, and identifying ways to optimize workflows. Your Impact Campaign Execution: Set up, QA, and launch email, web, and digital campaigns in Marketo; manage lists and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. Calendar & Collaboration: Maintain campaign calendars in Asana, coordinate assets, and work closely with segment marketers and digital teams to keep launches on track. Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead activity, and marketing KPIs; analyze data from Marketo, Salesforce, and HubSpot to deliver actionable insights. Process Optimization: Document workflows, improve automation, and strengthen lead management processes to enhance campaign efficiency. Data Hygiene: Maintain campaign tagging, lead source tracking, and database accuracy across Marketo and Salesforce. Systems & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for marketing system issues and partner with Marketing Ops/RevOps to ensure integrations and reporting remain seamless.
