Marketing Operations SpecialistThe Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in enabling efficient, data‑driven marketing execution across campaigns, events, and digital channels. The role supports campaign planning and delivery by managing setup, ensuring consistency, and optimizing workflows. This position can be based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for candidates located in California (San Diego or Orange County).ResponsibilitiesSupport campaign setup and execution, ensuring consistency in workflows, data, and reporting.Build and test campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, and forms in accordance with brand and compliance standards.Manage campaign lists, data uploads, and performance tracking.Support quality assurance and testing to ensure seamless delivery across all programs.Maintain standardized campaign processes and documentation to drive operational efficiency.Identify opportunities for automation or optimization across recurring workflows.Collaborate with regional and central Marketing teams to ensure campaigns follow established best practices.Serve as a key point of contact between Marketing Operations and campaign stakeholders to ensure timelines and requirements are met.Collaborate with Demand Generation and Digital Experience teams to align execution with broader marketing initiatives.Assist in maintaining the accuracy and hygiene of marketing data used for segmentation and reporting.Contribute to campaign performance summaries and data integrity checks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing, revenue, or growth operations, campaign management, or digital marketing.Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Ability to travel up to 25%.Preferred SkillsHTML/CSS or design skills for minor web edits.Experience with HopIn/Ring Central or other event management software.Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics.Located in San Diego or Orange County.BenefitsThe range for this position is $65,000 to $100,000, varying by experience and geographic location.
