Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Consulting, Information Technology, Sales Why This Role Is Important To Us As a Lead Business Consultant specializing in Data Management and Data Integration, you will drive the expansion of our market unit and advance the outcomes of our clients’ projects. You will work full‑time on implementation projects that require deep expertise in Data Management and Data Integration, managing all aspects of the project stream, sparring with clients, and monitoring and escalating issues as needed. What You Will Be Responsible For Major responsibility for SimCorp One® implementation projects: knowledge of customer requirements and processes related to Investment Operations and delivery of optimal solutions. Close cooperation with the project manager and key role in driving projects to success. Understanding of SimCorp’s Global Standard Solutions and utilization for project delivery. Primary contact for customers for all questions in connection with SimCorp One®. Instruct and mentor less experienced colleagues on the job. Contribute to improving best practices for implementation processes and promote topics across projects. Engage in know‑how exchange with colleagues on an international level. What We Value We expect you to have expertise in several of the following areas and to have experience as an Analyst or Implementation Consultant for asset managers, asset owners, banks or consulting firms. Solid knowledge in at least two of: Enterprise Data Management; Data Integration architecture, patterns and standards (WS*, REST API, JSON, XML, XSLT and other scripting languages, Python); relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server and/or ETL tools; C# or other object‑oriented language. Testing: Test‑Driven Development, agile testing, test automation, test methodologies. System performance improvements; continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). Experience working on software implementation projects in the financial industry; basic understanding of financial industry products and related workflows. Direct experience with SimCorp One® / SimCorp Dimension (SCD) is a plus. Ability to travel to client’s site. Can attend the SimCorp office 2x/week as per our hybrid policy. Salary range: ($109,000 – $150,000 USD in New York City; $120,000 – $160,000 CAD in Toronto). Annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans.
