To introduce our software to our clients, business consultants are essential to us.In the role of Senior Business Consultant specializing in IBOR (Investment Book Of Records), your participation will be instrumental in the expansion of our market unit and in advancing the outcomes of our clients' projects.You will normally be working full-time on implementation projects, which require your special expertise in the IBOR area, and you will be responsible for all aspects of the project stream.You will act as an important sparring partner for your clients and effectively monitor, coordinate, and escalate issues as needed.What you will be responsible forResponsibility for major parts of SimCorp Dimension implementation projects: You know the customers‘ requirements and processes related to Investment Operations at banks, asset managers and insurers and outline solutions for optimal use of SimCorp DimensionClose cooperation with the project manager and key role in developing projects to successGain understanding of Simcorp’s Global Standard Solutions and utilize them for project deliveryKey contact for our customers for all questions in connection with SimCorp DimensionInstruct and mentor less experienced colleagues on the jobContribute to improving best practices for implementation processes and promote topics across projectsActively participate in know-how exchange with colleagues on an international levelWhat We ValueMost importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest.As our preferred candidate you have:Previous experienceas an Analyst or (Implementation) Consultant for asset managers, asset owners, banks or consulting firmsExcellent know-how in at least two of the following areas:Our candidates will have experience in one or more of the following fields:Asset Management – Back Office – or Financial ReportingConsulting or Professional Services within the Asset Management sectorAn implementation role for a software vendor specializing in Asset Management softwareAsset Management candidates should have 3-5 years of experience working hands on with the investment operations function and related enterprise applicationsConsultants should have experience with multiple enterprise implementations involving IBOR functions on the buy side, and hands on experience with applications similar to Simcorp DimensionExperience with Trade processing including confirmation and/or trade settlement processes and solutions is a plusDegree within Business discipline (Accounting, Finance, or Economics) or Mathematics/Applied Sciences preferredSelf-starter with a can-do mindsetAbility to manage assigned tasks and deliver the results on timeHave Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English – both oral and writtenBasic understanding of financial industry/products and related accountingHands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension is a plusAbility to travel to client’s site (up to 50%)BenefitsAttractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
